Marc and the team have all been amazing. From day one their professionalism has been first class. They bring their own toilet, lights, kettle, mugs, tea and coffee. They are onsite at 7:30 everyday and ready to start by 8. They put in a full day of hard work. Not the cheapest but I wanted someone we could trust and they say you get what you pay for. You hear horror stories of builders and that is so different from our reality. Can’t recommend Marc and the team highly enough.

I don’t even know where to start from. Marc and his team have been absolutely amazing and angels in my eyes…we had nightmare builders before I called Marc to ask if he would take over a job that was started horrendously. My husband and I had lost faith in builders, but Marc from day 1 was upfront, explained everything, always kept us informed. Gave us weekly updates. His team were absolutely amazing, helpful, friendly, conscious of the mess and help clean up as we were living in the house whilst work was going on. I can only echo what Krupa is saying! I have never met a building contractor so upfront, honest and professional. Marc saved our job. When he came on board, we literally had only a ceiling above our heads. Our previous builder had stripped our roof and left the whole place in a mess, let alone the damage he caused to our house downstairs! Marc has been a pleasure to work with and I would not even blink to recommend him to others. The end product speaks for itself. When one talks of precision, Marc and his team delivered just that. We are so happy you came into our lives Marc and we thank you for the hard work you guys put in and for delivering a beautiful loft for us.

The project was to convert a double garage and playroom into a new living room and utility room, and to built a new garage with a loft.

All the workforce (and subcontractors) were very hardworking, competent, punctual and polite and always left the area tidy, safe and secure.

Marc himself was invaluable and very hands on.   He is technically skilled and extremely practical. He solved problems during the build that the architect couldn’t and his positive, ‘can do’ approach kept the project moving forward. He also gave us regular progress updates.

Marc (and his team) worked well with other contractors and were also considerate of our neighbours.

We would definitely recommend Anderson Design and indeed we are using him again for some more building work.

We have just finished our loft conversion with Anderson Design Solutions, and can say that we are very pleased that we selected them to carry out the project. The quality of the work is excellent, the people they used were friendly and easy to get on with, and most of all Marc clearly cares about the finish/ presentation – sometimes advising us to make changes to improve the look and feel even if it meant more work for him. We are really pleased with the new loft, and it is better than we hoped for at the start of the build. We have worked with Anderson Design Solutions on several projects on our house, including an attic extension and kitchen extension and build. We are always delighted by the results.
